As a public service, PPIS put a lot of efforts in order to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the services given to the public. In recent years PPIS has adopted ISO 9001:2000 standard for quality management system. This ISO standard gained a global status among the private as well the public sector in the field of good management practices, thus, it has been accepted and applied by over million organizations in 170 countries throughout the world.
In January this year, the Standard Institution of Israel has carried out an audit on PPIS quality management system. During the audit, the relevant quality manuals have been thoroughly inspected and found to be satisfactory. Although, the audit was successful, PPIS will continue to endeavor for progress and further improvement in its quality management system for the benefit of all parties concerned.
